EventFleetRV: one contact for a multi-unit RV order
EventFleetRV takes one request for several RVs at an event or job site and sources the units from partner operators. It is part of the RV rental network we operate alongside BestRV.
What does EventFleetRV do?
It replaces a dozen calls to separate rental companies with one request. EventFleetRV says on its homepage that it does not own inventory. It sources units from partner operators and acts as your single point of contact, under the line "One request. One contact. One invoice."
Because it owns no RVs, the units, their condition and the people who deliver them belong to whichever partner fills your order. Ask who that partner is, in writing, before you sign.
Useful for:
- Festival, motorsports and production crews needing several units at once
- Corporate events, air shows and weddings, all listed on its quote form
- Workforce, construction and insurance housing placements
- Disaster response housing requests
Limits:
- No published rates; you must enter a budget to get a quote
- No phone line; contact is by form or email only
- Owns no RVs, so unit quality depends on the partner assigned
The quote form asks for a budget before it will send
We read the quote form at eventfleetrv.com/request-fleet-quote on October 26, 2026. "Estimated Budget" is a required field, with the example "$15,000 or $10k–25k". The site publishes no rate card anywhere we checked.
So price one unit for your dates yourself before you fill it in. Check a couple of rental listings for the RV class you want, multiply by your unit count and nights, and add delivery and pumpouts if your site needs them. A figure typed with nothing behind it anchors the whole quote. Too low, and the plan comes back with fewer or smaller units than you need. Too high, and you have told the seller your ceiling.
The form also requires you to choose "Yes", "No" or "Not Sure" for delivery and for on-site support. Decide both before you start. They are the two lines most likely to move the price, and the form will not let you skip them.

One thing to clear up early: the homepage FAQ describes fleet coordination as being for events needing five or more RVs, while the form's unit ranges start at one. The site does not state a minimum order. If you need fewer than five units, ask before you plan around it.

Get a plan and price
The contact page says a coordinator replies with a plan and pricing, "usually the same day". That is the company's statement; we have not timed it.
Name the partner
Ask which operator supplies the units and who is responsible on site if one fails.
Check the venue rules
Confirm vehicle length limits, generator rules and drop-off access with the venue. A coordinator cannot override them.
What the site does not say
We looked for these on the pages we read on October 26, 2026 and did not find them. Ask EventFleetRV directly, and get the answers in the quote.

- Who insures the units and what the renter's liability is
- A list of past events or clients
- Hours of support during an event
- A minimum order size
