Two names you’d expect are missing. Cruise America and El Monte RV have Florida locations, but mainstream chain contracts routinely exclude large-event use and can void your coverage if you show up at a festival gate unapproved. Neither publishes a Love Burn policy. If you want one of their rigs, call the branch and get written approval before you put down a deposit. We didn’t rank them because we couldn’t verify that approval exists.

The site is blunt about that: “We are not Love Burn Ops and we do not assign your site.” What it does is narrower and more useful. It pulls listings from the Outdoorsy marketplace that “can sit dry for that weekend,” matches them to your pass bracket, and handles the mainland pickup or the delivery to the RV camping area. Three things put it in first place.

It plans around the length brackets. The site has its own page on the RV pass tiers, with the exact price steps at 24 feet and 40 feet, and it steers you to a rig that lands where you want to pay. That is the single most expensive detail to get wrong. A 26-foot Class C costs $100 more in pass fees than a 23-foot one, and nobody at a national call center is going to mention it.

It delivers on-site, with a stated condition. Their FAQ answer is one sentence: “Yes. We deliver to On-site RV camping at Love Burn when the pad and the length allow it.” When Virginia Key access isn’t approved for a given rig, they stage it on the mainland instead. That’s the honest version of delivery. Any company promising unconditional drop-off at a placement-controlled event is guessing.

It publishes the logistics. Gate GPS (the Miami Seaquarium address, 4400 Rickenbacker Causeway), Thursday 10:00 AM general entry, Monday February 15 exodus by 5:00 PM, the pumpout window (“order after placement, around December”), and the rule that you dump and fill before you cross the causeway. The page even declines to publish causeway clearance numbers it can’t verify. We appreciate a rental company that won’t guess about bridge heights.

The honest cons. Because the rigs come from Outdoorsy, the protection plan, deductible, and 24/7 roadside are Outdoorsy’s, and they apply “on eligible bookings.” The “from” rates are marketplace floors, not festival-week quotes, so expect Love Burn dates to price higher. And the service area is South Florida only: Virginia Key, Key Biscayne, Miami, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Miami Beach, Doral, and Fort Lauderdale. 2. Allstar Coaches: the luxury delivery option?

Allstar Coaches is the South Florida luxury operator that has been delivering and setting up motorhomes at Virginia Key for Love Burn, but you won’t see a price until you ask for a quote.

Allstar Coaches runs a dedicated Love Burn page (still labeled for the 2025 event when we checked) describing on-site delivery and setup at Virginia Key, 24/7 support, and shared rentals for groups splitting one coach. The fleet skews to Class A: king beds, full kitchens, private baths, onboard generators, fresh tanks, and solar on some units. For a self-sufficient weekend with no pedestal, that generator-plus-solar setup is exactly what you want.

The catch is the missing numbers. No published rates, no stated minimum nights, no listed setup fee. A 40-foot Class A also pushes you into the $395 pass bracket, so a luxury coach carries the most expensive placement on the island. 3. Outdoorsy: the best pick if you want to choose your own owner?

Outdoorsy has the deepest Miami inventory of any option, and it’s the same pool Love Burn RV Rentals draws from, so it wins when you want to hand-pick the rig and negotiate delivery yourself.

Filter for delivery, then message the owner before booking with three questions: Do you allow festival use, specifically Love Burn on Virginia Key? 5. Fireside RV Rental South Florida: the local franchise wildcard?

Fireside’s South Florida franchise is the newest-fleet option in the Miami metro at $130/day, but it’s a franchise operator, so festival approval is a local decision you need to get before you book.

That last point matters at Love Burn, where a generator that won’t start on Friday night is your problem until Monday.

What we could not confirm is a Love Burn policy. Fireside franchises set their own rules on events and delivery. Call, describe the four dry nights on Virginia Key, and ask for the approval in an email. Fireside RV Rental is a company BestRV has an existing relationship with; that didn’t change its rank here, which rests on the unverified festival policy.

What does a Love Burn RV weekend actually cost?

Two people in a mid-size Class C should plan on roughly $2,100 to $2,300 before the protection plan, deposit, delivery, pumpout, and fuel, and the tickets are a bigger line than the rig.

Two things surprise first-timers. The tickets cost more than the motorhome. And the pass bracket is worth shopping: dropping from a 26-foot to a 23-foot rig saves $100 on the pass, but four dry nights in a 23-footer with two people and no shore power is tight. What are the Love Burn rules that break a normal rental?

Four rules trip up renters who’ve only done campgrounds: no utilities, a length-priced pass, a placement you don’t control, and a hard Monday exit.

• No hookups, period. Love Burn’s FAQ: “There are no RV hookups and no power for RVs. RVs must be self-sufficient.” The limited generator power the event runs through labeled cords is for small devices. Arrive with a full fresh tank, empty gray and black tanks, a working onboard generator, and gas for it.

• Every vehicle needs the matching pass. Sleeping in any vehicle, even a van, requires the RV or oversized pass. A car pass ($150 plus fees) is parking only. Moving trucks, trailers, and a car-plus-trailer all count as RVs. Passes are not refundable.
• You don’t pick your spot. Love Burn Ops assigns placement along Arthur Lamb Road. Rental companies can deliver to it; they cannot choose it.
• One road on, one road off. The Rickenbacker Causeway is the only access. Know your rig’s height and length before you commit to the bridge, and note that vehicles can’t move inside the venue during celebration hours.
• Exodus is Monday, February 15, by 5:00 PM. Late departure needs pre-approval. Build your return-time buffer around a single causeway carrying the whole event out.

When should you book an RV for Love Burn 2027?

Book the rig now and buy the ticket first, because the RV pass application requires a ticket and Love Burn says parking fees step up on January 1.
